Delivery and Shipping

  • We currently only offer shipping to NSW and Victoria - for any other destinations feel free to reach out to us and we can organise a custom quote for your order.

  • Allow 10 business days of ordering your product. Orders within NSW should receive their products within 3-5 business days of day of dispatch. All orders are delivered within normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM. Easy.

  • No - all of our couriers have been given authority to leave your products in a safe place. If you have particular concerns about this regarding your product being left without anyone being home, please get in touch with us at info@primalstrength.au, and we’ll be happy to make special arrangements for you.

  • That’s an easy one - if your items are damaged in transit we’ll replace it straight away. Just send us a picture to info@primalstrength.au and you’ll have a replacement dispatched within 24 hours. We’ll even go that extra mile and arrange for the damaged product to be picked up.

  • Once dispatched by our warehouse, your order will be assigned a tracking number by our freight partners. This will be emailed and/or SMS’d to you, depending on whether you have opted into SMS tracking updates. If you are having any issues with tracking your order, please feel free to contact us on info@primalstrength.au

  • This will be a case by case basis, depending on how long it’s been since you placed your order. The golden rule is, best to let us know ASAP. In saying that, contact us via email at info@primalstrength.au and we’ll do our best to sort you out

  • All of our products are in stock unless otherwise stated on our website. If, by chance a product has been ordered and has become unavailable, we will be sure to contact you and let you know what your options are.

  • In short, absolutely. All of our products come with easy to understand assembly instructions.

  • We offer click-and-collect for all of our items. For our larger items such as the Open Hex Bar, Primal Ladder Rig, Plyobox and 32kg Kettlebell we only offer the click-and-collect option at this stage.

Payments

  • Of course, once your order has been paid for you’ll receive a confirmation email with the invoice and tracking information.

  • We understand on rare occasions that our products may just not be the right fit for your needs and our return policy can also help.

    We offer a hassle-free Exhange Policy, so you can return any purchased item within 30-days from the date of delivery, and exchange for any other item of equal or lower value. You can also claim a Store Credit which will have a 6-month expiry on it. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense. Please have a read of our full Returns and exchange policy for further information on our terms and conditions when it comes to returning an item.

    If an item is faulty, we will of course offer a free exchange, with posting free of charge.

  • We have built our products to last, as part of our commitment to sustainability. For further details, see our full warranty disclosure.

  • Simply reach out to our team via email or phone and we’ll get the process started for you. Ensure your product is not damaged and do your best to use the same protective packaging you received it in, when packaging it back up. From there, a return label will be mailed to you, and a courier will be booked to pick up the item/s and have it delivered back to our warehouse. An exchange or store credit will be issued after receiving it.

  • Once our warehouse has received the product, it will be assessed for any damages and your refund will be issued within 10-15 business days. You will receive any email to notify you of your refund.
