shipping policy

General

Orders before 12PM will dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney the same day. Everything else will dispatch the following day. Please contact info@primalstrength.au for any questions. Shipping times are outlined below, whilst costs will be calculated at checkout based off distance and weight.

General Shipping times 

Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days from day of dispatch

Melbourne Metro: 4-6 business days of dispatch

Regional: Allow 10 business days from the order

Other States & Territories: Currently not shipping outside of NSW and Victoria.

Tracking

All orders are tracked through our shipping partner.

An order and tracking number will be sent upon purchase.
