30-Day Risk Free Returns
We have a 30-day exchange and store credit policy, which means you have 30 days from the day of your product being delivered, to request pickup and exchange or request store credit. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.
Please note your request for exchange or store credit will attract a restocking fee of 15%, charged by Primal Strength.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in a similar condition that you received it, undamaged or without significant wear and tear.
To start a pick-up and exchange, you can contact us at info@primalstrength.au. Depending on the product you ordered, we'll then either send out a return envelope or organise a courier to come to pick up the item. Please note - the product should be packaged back up in its original box and internal packaging, as close as possible in the same condition as it was received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your product upon assembly and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not what you expected so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and limitations
Our risk-free return policy does not apply to any product that has evidently been damaged by your yourself or someone else outside of Primal Strength Work employees and contractors. This includes but is not limited to things like drawing on any part of the product. Specifically, when it comes to assembly and set up, you as the customer are taking on the risk of any potential damage to the equipment in doing so.
Exchanges
Exchanges on all our products are only accepted within 30 days after receiving your product, based on your tracking information through our courier. Please note, that this exchange policy does not apply to our range of ladder rig, open hex bar and plyobox. Please also note that the product must be unopened, unused and undamaged to be eligible for an exchange.
